Marc Cherry, the creator of the world’s favorite TV show “Desperate Housewives” has recently presented to the public his new project. It is called “Devious Maids”. This series is about the unknown side of life of ambitious maids, who work in respectable houses of Beverly Hills.
It is noteworthy that the star of “Desperate Housewives” Eva Longoria is the executive producer of the new TV show.
In fact, the starting-point of the plot of “Maids” may cause a feeling of deja vu: the death of one of the characters in the first episode again (although this time there is a murder), a mysterious note again, and, of course, the terrible secrets carefully hidden behind the doors of the seemingly prosperous homes.
The main roles in the TV series are performed by Latin American actress Ana Ortiz, Dania Ramirez, Roselyn Sanchez, Judy Reyes and Edy Ganem. The pilot episode of the show was shown in January, and the complete first season starts on June 23. In the meantime, we suggest familiarizing ourselves with the series trailer and seeing the main characters at the red carpet premiere.
